Coverage

Scope

Covers any physical goods purchased from Loop Hut, covering defects in material, workmanship and any damage that would occur under normal use up to the warranty period from date of purchase.

What we will do

On successful claim we will aim to replace any product or component found to be defective. If a replacement is not available we will offer a replacement of equal value or store credit to the value of the item.

Limitations and Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

Packaging damage that

  • Damage due to misuse, neglect, alterations or repair.
  • Products purchased from other sellers or sites.
  • International orders.
Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping or disposal, if approved Loop Hut will cover the cost of shipping the replacement.

Making a Claim
  • Fill in and submit the following on our Contact Us Page.
  • Select Warranty Claim from the drop down.
  • Describe the issue.
  • Include your order number and contact email.
  • Respond to our email with photos of the problem.
