What is My Order Status?

You will receive an order confirmation email which will contain a link to your order status page and tracking link.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

You can cancel/change up until 2 hours after ordering by visiting your order status page and selecting cancel order. If you want to cancel or change after this period, we will attempt to make these changes but cannot guarantee.

What Payments do you Accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. If there is any difficulty, please Contact Us.

Where is My Order Confirmation?

When will My Package Ship?

Nearly all packages are shipped within 24hrs of order.

How Long does Shipping Take?

Domestic: 1-4 Business Days.
International: 1-4 Weeks.
International orders can vary based on country and custom procedures.

My Package is Damaged.

Please fill in our contact us form selecting “My Package is Damaged” from the drop down and attach pictures of the damages, include your order number. We will investigate and on approval will send a replacement.

My Package is Lost.

Please fill in our contact us form selecting “My Package is Lost” from the drop down include your order number. We will investigate and get back to you.

Where is My Tracking Number?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information and a link to the tracking page. If you don’t see this email shortly after you make your order, please check your spam folder.

Do you Ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship globally! See our international policies here. If you are having trouble at checkout, please contact us and include your address details.

How much does International Shipping Cost?

Do I pay Import Duties/Taxes?

Yes, customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or import duties on their order. These charges are typically collected by the carrier and are determined by your government. Please note that we have no control over these additional fees.

Returns🪃

What is the Return Policy?

Locally Shipped / Domestic: We offer free returns on all items within 30 days of delivery. This applies to any sales shipped from our distribution network that haven’t crossed international borders. Returns need to be in a like-new condition.

International: We do not offer returns on international shipments. If there is an issue with your order or it arrived damaged, please reach out to our support and we can help further!

How do I Start a Return?

When will I get Refunded?

24 - 48 hrs after being received, we will inspect your returned items and if accepted refund you the amount to the payment method you paid for it with.

Cost of Returns?

Free! We want to make sure our customers are happy, if you have bought a product and it was locally shipped, we will cover the cost of return. It is our goal to provide top quality products and services to our customers.

Can I Exchange or Replace my Order?

Yes! In your returns form please let us know what you would like instead we will try and accommodate your requests. The best way to get a replacement quickly though is to send the return and order what you want instead.

When do we Restock?

While we try to keep all our products in stock, we are sometimes out of stock due to high demand. Our restocks are typically 1 month after a product goes out of stock. If you want a more exact timeframe, send us a message via our Contact Us page.
