  • We ship internationally from our UK and USA distribution centers.

  • Nearly all orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Delivery times vary based on destination:
  1. Domestic: 1-4 Business Days.
  2. International: 1-4 Weeks (varies based on country and customs procedures).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
5. Returns & Refunds
  • Domestic Returns: We offer free returns on all items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • International Returns: We do not offer returns on international shipments. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us for further assistance.
  • To initiate a return, fill out our Returns Form.
  • Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after we receive and inspect the returned item.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placement via your order status page.
  • After 2 hours, we will attempt to make requested changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications.
7. Warranties & Liability
